I provide individual and couples psychotherapy grounded in psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and attachment-based approaches. My work commonly focuses on trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction recovery, relationship patterns, life transitions, and end-of-life support.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Couples sessions are 50 or 80 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions; we adjust the cadence together once we have a clear sense of what your work needs.
I am out-of-network. You pay at the time of service and I can provide a superbill you submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. I accept HSA and FSA cards through IVY Pay, as well as cash, credit, and debit.
I see clients throughout California, both in-person in Los Angeles and via secure video. We can decide together which format will serve your work best.
I offer a short consultation so we can talk about what you are working with, what you hope therapy might do, and whether my approach fits your needs. If I am not the right person, I will offer thoughtful referrals.
Trauma-informed means I pay close attention to safety, pacing, and the nervous system. We do not push you to talk about more than you are ready for, and I work with the body's signals - not just the story - so that healing is integrated rather than re-traumatizing.
Yes. Couples work often focuses on healing relational patterns, rebuilding trust, communication, attachment ruptures, and processing shared trauma. Sessions can be 50 or 80 minutes depending on what we are working on.
