Integration

Integration is the psychotherapeutic work that turns a powerful experience into actual change. Without it, even the most profound journeys can fade into a story you tell at parties. With it, they become a turning point.

Who integration is for

Clients returning from an ayahuasca, psilocybin, or other plant medicine retreat

Clients finishing a course of ketamine treatment who want to land the insights

Clients integrating MDMA-assisted or other psychedelic-assisted experiences from research or clinical settings

Clients who had an overwhelming or disorienting experience and need help making sense of it

Clients preparing for an upcoming psychedelic experience who want the structure of integration support already in place

How I work

Integration is not about reliving the experience. It is about making sure your nervous system, your relationships, and your daily life can hold what surfaced.

  • Somatic, body-aware processing

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet the parts the experience encountered

  • Narrative and meaning-making work

  • Practical structure: rituals, boundaries, and rhythms that protect the insights

  • Coordination with your retreat facilitators or psychiatrist when helpful

The first step

What to expect

We start with a free 30-minute consultation. We talk about what the experience was, where you are with it now, and what you want integration to make possible.

The first conversation is a free 30-minute consultation. We talk about what brought you here and whether this is the right fit, with zero pressure to commit.
